Dave Marsh

Dave Marsh is a seasoned program management professional with extensive experience in the aerospace and defense sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of Program Management for Blue Origin Engines, Marsh oversees critical programs and processes, ensuring performance and alignment with strategic goals. Previous roles include Senior Chief Program Manager at Honeywell Aerospace, where responsibilities included managing a $1.9 billion portfolio related to air transport and military programs, as well as mentoring program teams. A former Chief Program Manager for Advanced Turbine Engine Company, Marsh's career at Honeywell spanned several leadership roles in engineering and program management, contributing significant expertise in project oversight, risk management, and process improvement initiatives such as Lean Six Sigma. Marsh holds bachelor's degrees in Mechanical Engineering from both Texas A&M University and the University of Sydney.
