Tim X Gaven

Tim X Gaven is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment management and operational risk. Currently serving as Managing Director and Principal at Blue Owl Capital since January 2021, Tim previously held the position of Vice President and Associate at Owl Rock Capital from October 2017 to January 2021. Tim's prior experience includes a managerial role in Alternative Investment Product Management at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation from August 2011 to October 2017, where responsibilities included liaising between alternative fund managers and distribution platforms. Additional roles include Global Operations Project Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and a brief stint as a Legal/Compliance Temp at Kohlberg Kravis & Roberts. Tim earned a B.A. in Political Science from Ramapo College of New Jersey and spent a summer studying Irish Society at the University of Limerick.
