Danny Lamastra

Danny Lamastra, MBA, MA, currently serves as an ESOP Communication Consultant at Blue Ridge ESOP Associates, delivering on-site training and interactive resources to foster understanding of employee ownership across the nation. Previously, Danny held roles as a High School and Middle School English Teacher at Colegio Cristiano Josué, where adaptable teaching methods were implemented to enhance student engagement, and as a Missionary and Director of Prison Ministry at Christ For The City International Omaha, successfully exceeding fundraising goals and managing operational logistics. Additional experience includes serving as a Student Financial Services and Special Projects Associate at Esperanza College, a Graduate Assistant at Southeastern University, and an Administrative Assistant, focusing on improved communication and event logistics. Danny holds multiple degrees from Southeastern University, including an MBA and an MA in Ministerial Leadership, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Leadership with a Spanish minor.
