Nico Wagner

Nico Wagner serves as the General Manager at Blue Shirt Bakery since May 2024. Previously, Wagner held multiple roles at Multotec Group of Companies, culminating in the position of General Manager for Central & East Africa from February 2012 to April 2024, where responsibilities included leading a commercial organization and identifying growth opportunities across several countries. Early career experience includes roles as Area Manager and Metallurgical Manager at Minopex and various engineering positions at DMS Powders, Messer Fedgas, and Xstrata CMI. Wagner's educational background encompasses degrees in Metallurgy from Tshwane University of Technology and the University of South Africa, along with leadership and management development certifications from GIBS Business School.
