Kyle Salter

Kyle Salter is an experienced professional in human capital management and organizational development, currently serving as the Manager of People & Culture at Blue Skies Consulting since February 2022. Prior to this role, Kyle held various positions, including Peak Performance Strategist and National Trainer at Robbins Research International, where expertise in talent acquisition and leadership development was leveraged to help individuals achieve success. Kyle also served as Director of Enterprise Sales at WorkTaps and Human Resources Director at Saks Fifth Avenue, managing comprehensive HR functions and contributing to senior leadership. Earlier experience includes work as a Recruiter at Goldman Sachs. Kyle holds a B.A. in Psychology with a Leadership Sequence from Claremont McKenna College.
