Tom Gilliam

Tom Gilliam serves as the Arizona Division Manager at Blue World Construction, Inc. since March 2021, where a focus on overseeing operations has been paramount. Prior to this role, Tom worked as a Project Manager at DT-Construction, LP from May 2020 to March 2021, and also held the position of Project Manager at GHD, formerly Conestoga-Rovers & Associates (CRA), from July 2013 to May 2020. Tom Gilliam holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Northern Arizona University.
