Staci Armao

Staci Armao is an experienced professional in employee experience and human resources, currently serving as the Director of Employee Experience at Bluebeam, Inc. since July 2019. In this role, Staci drives global engagement strategies to foster a diverse, respectful, and engaging organizational environment, while also leading wellness and recognition programs. Previous experience includes positions as Senior Employee Experience Manager at Bluebeam, Director of Operations & Human Resources at The Gabriella Foundation, and Executive Director at Hollywood PAL, where Staci managed comprehensive operational and HR functions. Staci’s consulting background includes work with non-profits to enhance organizational effectiveness. Staci holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature from William & Mary, alongside various certifications in coaching and grantsmanship.
