Thomas Kern

Thomas Kern is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology and compliance, currently serving as the Chapter Lead for GCRG Monitoring & Surveillance at UBS since June 2024. As a Managing Partner at KERN&PARTNER, Thomas provides advisory and project management services for high-tech sector companies while holding multiple senior roles, including advisory positions at BlueCallom AG and Swiss Fintech Angels. Previously, Thomas spent over a decade at Credit Suisse, where responsibilities included Surveillance Technology Lead and various senior program management roles. Early career experiences include pivotal positions at Swisscom and as a software engineer at Ergonomics AG. Thomas holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from ETH Zürich and an Executive MBA from the University of St. Gallen.
