Vida A. Jennings, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in employee relations, diversity, and inclusion. Currently serving as the Director of Employee Relations, Diversity & Inclusion at BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina since August 2002, Vida A. Jennings ensures optimal outcomes for employee relations operations and designs programs that support diversity and inclusion throughout the employee lifecycle. Previous roles include Manager of Corporate Training, Diversity and Quality Management Systems, and Training Specialist II at Celerian. Earlier career experience includes serving as Field Director for Girl Scouts of the Congaree Area, Inc., and progressing through various management positions at Structure. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Human Resources Development from Webster University, a Certificate in Employee Relations Law from Midlands Technical College, and ongoing doctoral studies in Business Administration at Wilmington University.
