Joydawn Lemmens

JoyDawn Lemmens, MPH, currently serves as a Provider Quality Consultant at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, where responsibilities include supporting providers and healthcare systems in developing sustainable social determinants of health programs. Previously, JoyDawn held the position of Physician Engagement Executive at Humana, focusing on value-based discussions with physician groups and developing an Independent Specialist network. JoyDawn's experience also includes working as a Senior Physician Liaison at Emory Healthcare, where core responsibilities involved growing the Emory Healthcare Network and increasing referral volume, as well as serving as a representative at the American Association of Physician Liaisons. Additional roles included Outreach Liaison at Emory Healthcare, Public Health Preparedness Graduate Intern at Emory University, Territory Manager at IV Care Options, and Ultrasound Technologist/Phlebotomist at Navicent Health. JoyDawn holds a Master of Public Health from the University of New England and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from LaGrange College.
