Joshua Milem

Joshua Milem has extensive experience in the field of cryogenics and physics, currently serving as a Technical Sales Engineer at Bluefors since January 2020, where the focus is on connecting customers with advanced cryogenic technology. Prior roles include a Cryo Engineer responsible for installing and commissioning dilution refrigeration systems and an Electronic Device Engineer involved in designing quantum benchmarking testbeds. Previously, Joshua was a Researcher PhD Student at the Institute of Science and Technology Austria, working on projects related to spin fidelity simulations and nanofabrication. Early experience includes an Undergraduate Research Assistant position at Michigan State University and leadership roles in both the Boy Scouts of America and Starbucks, focusing on program development and team management. Educational credentials include a paused PhD in Physics from the Institute of Science and Technology Austria and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Michigan State University.
