Madhan Mugundan

Madhan Mugundan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in manufacturing engineering, project management, and lean methodologies. Currently serving as Senior Lean ME and PM at Bluefors, Madhan leads lean activities, employee training, and continuous improvement initiatives. Previous roles include Project Manager at Valmet Automotive, where significant contributions were made to EV projects, and Production Engineering Manager at Renault Nissan Automotive India, focusing on Industry 4.0 and factory automation. Madhan has also held engineering and management positions at Renault, Hyundai, and B.S. Pyromatic, showcasing a robust background in process optimization, quality control, and project management across various automotive sectors. Madhan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Thiagarajar College of Engineering and is currently pursuing multiple Master's degrees in Industrial Engineering at Aalto University.
