Tom Ryan

Tom Ryan is a seasoned professional in the financial services and fintech sectors, currently serving as the Global Head of Partnerships at TreasurySpring since September 2024. Ryan has been a mentor at FinTech Innovation Lab since May 2018 and has held various board roles, including board member positions at Blueleaf.com and Moven, as well as a board observer role at Maxwell. As a partner at Anthemis Group since November 2015, Ryan has contributed to reinventing financial services and fostering significant industry change. Previously, Ryan led electronic futures sales at Barclays, overseeing a global team and improving sales strategies and technology. With a strong academic foundation from the University of Maryland, Ryan brings a wealth of experience in venture investments, electronic trading, and strategic sales management.
