Lily Goodson

Lily Goodson is an experienced professional in the fields of construction, real estate, and risk advisory, currently serving as Director of Construction and Design at Bluemercury since December 2015. In this role, Lily drives growth by managing new store openings and overseeing the entire real estate, planning, and construction process. Prior experience includes positions at EY, where Lily progressed from Risk Advisory Intern to Senior Consultant, advising Fortune 500 companies and focusing on Aerospace and Defense, including responsibilities in internal audits and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Lily holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance with a minor in Leadership and Social Change from Virginia Tech.
