Jim Fiorato

Jim Fiorato is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in various engineering roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Software Engineer at Blueprint since November 2024, Jim previously held the position of Principal Engineer at Shopbop from April 2022 to November 2024. Prior to that, Jim worked at Nordstrom Trunk Club in roles including Sr. Principal Engineer, Engineering Director, Principal Software Engineer, and Senior Software Engineer from September 2017 to April 2022. Experience also includes a tenure as Vice President - Lead Engineer at Levee Labs from October 2013 to September 2017, and as a Freelance Software Engineer for a brief period in 2013. Jim's earlier roles involved software engineering at Nextpoint, Thomson Elite, and Hubbard One, with a focus on Ruby on Rails applications, C#/ASP.NET solutions, and content management frameworks. Jim holds an AA in Business Management and Accounting from Scott Community College and graduated from Glenbrook North High School.
