Elina Luamanu-Iakopo

Elina Luamanu-Iakopo is an experienced financial professional with a robust background in accounting and finance. Currently serving as the Financial Controller at Bluesky Communications American Samoa since January 2015, Elina previously held multiple roles within the same organization, including Finance Manager and Senior Accountant. Prior to this, Elina worked as a Budget and Financial Analyst at American Samoa Power Authority from October 2009 to December 2014 and served as CFO at ANZ Amerika Samoa Bank between April 2005 and October 2009. Elina's career in finance began at ANZ, where roles included Senior Financial Officer and Finance Officer from 2002 to 2005. Elina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Idaho, earned from 1997 to 2001.
