Pradeep Jayaraman

Pradeep Jayaraman is the President of Bluespring Wealth Partners, a position held since July 2024. Prior to this role, Pradeep served at Focus Financial Partners from September 2013 to July 2024, where responsibilities included managing a portfolio of partner firms, overseeing Mergers and Acquisitions, and advising senior management teams on various business aspects. Pradeep also held positions such as Co-Head of Partnerships & Business Development and Managing Director for the Western Region. Earlier experience includes roles at Goldman Sachs as Vice President in Investment Banking from July 2010 to September 2013, and at Citigroup Global Markets as an Associate in Investment Banking from August 2008 to July 2010. Pradeep holds an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School, completed between 2006 and 2008.
