Aditi Joshi

Aditi Joshi is a Senior Consultant at Bluestar BioAdvisors, LLC since June 2021, with prior roles as Consultant and Associate Consultant within the same organization. Aditi served as an Intergroup Dialogue Facilitator at Cornell University's Intergroup Dialogue Project in 2020, leading discussions among undergraduate students on communication skills related to social identity. Aditi also gained experience as a Healthcare Finance Intern at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, where responsibilities included financial analysis and the development of COVID-19 recovery dashboards. Prior internships include roles in research and healthcare administration, with a focus on public health, operational integration, and employee engagement. Aditi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development from Cornell University, along with participation in a Gifted Math Program at the University at Buffalo and a High School Diploma from Williamsville North High School.
