Catalin Podeanu

Catalin Podeanu is an experienced Senior Product Designer currently building next-generation Helpdesk software at BlueTweak, since March 2023. Previously, Catalin held senior design positions at Carbon, focusing on job search products for software engineers, and at GMP+WEBSTYLER, where leadership in user experience was provided for notable clients such as Engie and Rompetrol. Catalin also led the UX process for Co-Factor, an award-winning performance management SaaS, and contributed to the design of other successful platforms like Code of Talent. Early career achievements include a role at Hootsuite Media Inc., driving user-centered design and collaborating with cross-functional teams, as well as leading UX initiatives for major brands during a tenure at XL family. Catalin’s career began in web design at the Post-Privatization Foundation after earning a BS in Computer Science for Business Management from Romanian-American University.
