Lt. Col. Sharona Mizrahi

Lt. Col. (Ret.) Sharona Mizrahi is an accomplished HR and recruiting specialist with extensive experience in both military and civilian sectors. Currently serving as a consultant at Blumberg Capital since October 2018, Mizrahi supports entrepreneurs and portfolio companies in the U.S. and Israel in resource planning and talent acquisition. Additionally, Mizrahi is a board member at the Municipal Company of Rishon Lezion Security & Public Order Ltd. and the CEO and founder of SmartOfek, a consulting firm that provides tailored solutions for global VC firms, entrepreneurs, and multinationals interested in establishing operations in Israel. Mizrahi’s previous military career in the Israel Defense Forces includes a role as the Head of Human Resources for Unit 8200 from 2013 to 2016, and educational credentials include an MBA and a BBA from the University of Derby.
