Henrique Rivas

Henrique Rivas is a seasoned lawyer with extensive experience in corporate law and M&A transactions. Currently serving as a lawyer at BMA – Barbosa Müssnich Aragão since April 2022, Rivas previously held the position of partner at Rivas Advogados from April 2020 to March 2022, and was a senior associate at the same firm from June 2012 to March 2020. Rivas has also worked as an international visiting professional at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates from September 2018 to May 2019, and as a lawyer at Martorelli Advogados from May 2010 to June 2012. Rivas holds a Master of Laws (LLM) with honors from Columbia Law School, a specialization in Corporate Law from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Universidade Católica de Pernambuco.
