Jillian Whitaker

Jillian Whitaker is a seasoned composer specializing in music for film and media, with over a decade of experience in the industry. As the founder of Jillian Whitaker Music since June 2009, Jillian has worked with prominent clients such as BMG Production Music, Viacom-Paramount, and Warner-Chappell Music. Current roles include composer at BMG Production Music US since September 2018 and composer/client operations at Crescendo Effect, Inc. since June 2015, where responsibilities encompass client communications, music production, and audio editing. Prior experience includes teaching saxophone, serving as a recording technician at the University of Northern Iowa, and an internship at Triad Productions, Inc. Jillian holds a Bachelor of Music in Music Theory and Composition from the University of Northern Iowa, completed in 2014.
