Valentina Bonacina

Valentina Bonacina serves as the Group Transformation and Sales Excellence Director at BMI Group since July 2023, having previously held the position of Transformation Director at BMI Italia from February 2021 to July 2023, where Valentina spearheaded transformation initiatives across various departments, developed a comprehensive Commercial Strategy, and achieved notable improvements in sales effectiveness. Prior experience includes serving as a Regional Project Manager and Change Management Officer at Hilti Italia, where Valentina focused on change management and Salesforce CRM implementation, among other roles such as Strategic Marketing Manager and Area Sales Manager. Earlier positions include Project and Event Manager, Financial Controller, and roles at Vodafone and Bocchiotti S.p.A. Valentina holds a Master's degree in Corporate Finance and Controlling from Università degli Studi di Genova and a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and International Business from the same institution.
