Mahdi Jawad

Mahdi Jawad, CIPD, has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as the Human Resources Operations Manager for BMMI, overseeing the HR function for Alosra Supermarket in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia, as well as the Food Production Unit and two cafés. Mahdi has progressively advanced within BMMI, having held roles as Learning and Development Manager, Senior Learning and Development Specialist, and Senior Human Resources Specialist, leading training and development initiatives across the organization. Prior experience includes positions as Human Resources Specialist at GBM and Recruitment Officer at BMMI. Mahdi holds multiple qualifications in HR and management, including a Level 5 Diploma in HRM from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a Level 5 ILM Certificate in Leadership and Management.
