Sumi Bhardwaj

Sumi Bhardwaj is an experienced Scrum Master currently employed at BMO since September 2022, focusing on wealth management and banking, with responsibilities including digital transformation, agile methodologies, and vendor management. Prior to this, Sumi worked as an Automation Test Lead at BMO, integrating legacy applications with Salesforce and managing testing processes within an Agile model. Experience includes a Test Lead position at AT&T for 5G Digital products and roles as Software Test Analyst and Quality Test Engineer at Essentra and Tech Mahindra, respectively. Sumi holds a Master's Degree in Computer Software Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani, earned between 2012 and 2014.
