Tom Edwards

Tom Edwards is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner at BMS Group since May 2022. Previously, Tom held the position of People Partner at Telefónica Tech from November 2020 to May 2022 and was a Global HR Business Partner at Argus Media from April 2019 to November 2020, where responsibilities included partnering with senior leaders in various global units. Before this, Tom worked at Telefónica from September 2012 to April 2019 as an HR Business Partner, focusing on people strategy and organizational performance across multiple business units. Initially, Tom joined Telefónica through the European Graduate Scheme, completing multiple rotations within the organization. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Languages with Business from the University of Nottingham and a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from the University of West London.
