Pravin Seeralan

Pravin Seeralan is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as Corporate Legal Counsel for BMW Group Malaysia since November 2023, where responsibilities include managing legal and compliance matters for BMW Group Financial Services Malaysia and serving as the Data Protection Officer. Prior to this role, Pravin worked at Telekom Malaysia from July 2015 to December 2023 as Legal Manager for Content & Innovation, providing legal services to subsidiaries involved in media and content. Pravin also held the position of PDPA compliance officer during this tenure. Earlier experience includes roles as Assistant Legal Manager in the Education sector, Advocate & Solicitor at Messrs B.C. Tan & Co, and an attachment at the Attorney General Chambers of Melaka, focusing on criminal matters and government contracts. Pravin earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Multimedia University between 2007 and 2012.
