Jan Wardecki

Jan Wardecki is an accomplished professional in user experience and service design, currently serving as the Head of the UX Center of Expertise at BNP Paribas Bank Polska. With expertise as a Service Design Expert within the Digital Transformation Department, Jan has also shared knowledge as a Guest Lecturer at Collegium Da Vinci and provided mentorship through Design Mentorship. Previous roles include Product Owner and Junior PR Specialist/Intranet Administrator at Uniwersytet SWPS, as well as Marketing Specialist at Collegium Civitas. Jan holds postgraduate degrees in User Experience Design from UXDPoland and Service Design from Uniwersytet SWPS.
