Neha Karnik

Neha Karnik is a highly experienced sports physiotherapist specializing in women's cricket. Currently serving as the Lead Team Physiotherapist for the senior women's cricket team of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) since June 2022, Neha has a robust background in sports rehabilitation and injury prevention. Previously, Neha founded and directed ExerScience Physiotherapy from December 2016 to June 2022, working extensively with elite athletes, including various roles within the BCCI from 2010 to 2018. Neha's expertise also includes serving as the National Physiotherapist for the Sri Lanka Women's Cricket Team between July 2015 and June 2016. Neha holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences and various certifications in sports rehabilitation and strength conditioning.
