Minoli Dissanayake

Minoli Dissanayake serves as the Lead Business Analyst at BoardPAC since January 2024. Previously, Minoli held the position of Associate Business Analyst Lead at Axiata Digital Labs from October 2022 to December 2023, and worked as a Business Analyst at Camms from September 2020 to October 2022. Earlier experience includes roles at SimCentric Technologies as both a Business Analyst and Associate Business Analyst from January 2018 to September 2020, and at VirtusaPolaris as an Associate Software Engineer from December 2016 to December 2017. Minoli holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Bedfordshire (2019-2020), a BSc in Information Technology from Curtin University (2014-2016), and a Certificate Course in Human Resource Management from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (2012-2013).
