Heidy Bobea

Heidy Bobea currently serves as the Director of Driver Recruiting at Boasso Global since August 2021, previously holding the position of Manager in the same department. Prior experience includes roles at ReedTMS Logistics from September 2017 to August 2021, where Bobea served as Manager of Driver Recruiting and Training, Driver Recruiter, and Talent Acquisition Specialist. Additional experience includes a position as Billing Clerk at T. Disney Trucking & Grading, Inc. in early 2017, and as Corporate Recruiter at Jackson Furniture Industries from April 2014 to May 2016. Bobea is pursuing a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership at Columbia Southern University, expected to complete between 2024 and 2026, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management and Business Administration from the same institution (2018-2021), along with an Associate of Science from Cleveland State Community College (2011-2013), where Bobea achieved the Dean's List.
