Emin Mahmudov

Emin Mahmudov has extensive experience in the legal and corporate sectors, currently serving as CEO advisor and Head of the Legal Department at Bank of Baku OJSC since November 2007. Additionally, Emin holds the position of Head of the Corporate Law Department and previously led the Corporate Affairs Division. Emin has been an active member of the Legal Group at the Azerbaijan Banks Association since February 2015 and serves as an Advocate in the Azerbaijan Bar Association since May 2012. Emin also contributed to academia as a Lecturer at Azerbaijan Cooperation University from September 2004 to June 2011. Academically, Emin is pursuing a Ph.D. at the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences and holds a Master’s Degree in Civil and Economic Law as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Baku State University.
