Kristin Stavnes Jordbru

Kristin Stavnes Jordbru has extensive experience in various legal and management roles, currently serving as Manager and Head of Section at Bodø Kommune since February 2013, leading a diverse team of professionals in fields such as engineering, economy, project development, mobility, and GIS. Previous positions include Arealplanlegger, handling land-use planning and communication with municipal leadership, and Juridisk rådgiver, focusing on development agreements and legal quality assurance. Prior to Bodø Kommune, Kristin worked at Fiskeridirektoratet as a Rådgiver specializing in resource control and enforcement, and at Fylkesmannen i Hordaland as a Juridisk rådgiver managing legal cases related to planning and social services. Early career experience includes serving as a Vitenskapelig assistent at the University of Bergen. Kristin holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Bergen, earned between 1997 and 2003.
