Barry McCloy

Barry McCloy has extensive experience in quality management within the pharmaceutical sector, currently serving as Regional Quality Head and Executive Director of Quality at Boehringer Ingelheim since August 2015. Prior roles include Director of Quality at Gilead Sciences, Senior Director of Compliance & Quality Systems at Novartis Vaccines and Diagnostics, and Director of Quality Control at Boehringer Ingelheim. Barry McCloy also held significant positions at Amgen and Abgenix, focusing on quality systems and environmental health and safety. Educationally, Barry McCloy attained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Applied Chemistry from the University of Strathclyde.
