Bodo Betzemeier

Bodo Betzemeier serves as the Head of Laboratory for Process Research at Boehringer-Ingelheim Pharma GmbH & Co KG since October 2008, following a tenure as Head of Laboratory for Medicinal Chemistry at Boehringer-Ingelheim (Vienna) from November 2001 to September 2008. Bodo Betzemeier completed a Postdoctoral fellowship in Natural Product Synthesis at UC Irvine in 2001. Academic credentials include a Dr. rer. nat in Organic Chemistry from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München (2000), a Dipl.Chem. in Organic Chemistry from The Philipp University of Marburg (1997), and additional studies at The University of Manchester and the University of Düsseldorf. Early education includes an Abitur from Christian-Dietrich-Grabbe-Gymnasium Detmold.
