Nicholas Brown

Nicholas Brown is a seasoned scientist with extensive experience in drug discovery, particularly in Chronic Kidney Disease and Cardiometabolic Disease. Currently serving as a Senior Principal Scientist at Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals since March 2011, Nicholas previously held the position of Senior Principal Scientist and Group Leader overseeing four laboratories at Hoffmann-La Roche from September 2008 to February 2011. Earlier roles include Research Investigator at Abbott Laboratories (2005-2007) and Assistant Professor at the University of Pittsburgh (2000-2005). Nicholas holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the University of Nottingham (1990) and a B.Sc. in Biochemistry from UCL (1986).
