Reinhard Schilling

Reinhard Schilling serves as the Head of Quality Assurance at Boehringer Ingelheim since September 2018, bringing a wealth of experience from previous leadership roles at Pfizer and Baxter International Inc. Reinhard led quality assurance teams in both companies, with a significant focus on operational excellence and Six Sigma methodologies. At Baxter, responsibilities included supervising quality and leading various Lean and Six Sigma projects, as well as coaching green belts and conducting multivariate data analyses. Reinhard holds a DI (FH) degree in Technical Chemistry with a specialization in Marketing and Management from FH Fresenius, earned between 2004 and 2006.
