Tiziana von Bruchhausen

Tiziana von Bruchhausen, PhD, currently serves as a Principal Safety Writer at Boehringer Ingelheim since February 2021. With extensive experience in medical writing and pharmacovigilance, Tiziana has held multiple leadership roles within the European Medical Writers Association (EMWA), including President, Vice President, and Chair of the Pharmacovigilance Special Interest Group. Prior to the current position, Tiziana worked as a Senior Global Pharmacovigilance Writer at Boehringer Ingelheim GmbH & Co. KG and held freelance writing roles. As the head of medical writing at a Contract Research Organization, Tiziana managed a team and oversaw literature review and medical writing functions. Tiziana holds a PhD in Cell and Molecular Biology and has completed advanced professional development programs in medical writing.
