Sterling Sproul

Sterling Sproul has extensive experience in supplier management and program oversight within the aerospace industry, currently serving as a Supplier Program Manager at Boeing since April 2006. In this role, Sterling acts as the primary liaison for suppliers, customers, and programs, focusing on technical, quality, delivery, and financial performance. Previous positions at Boeing include managing supplier relationships for advanced systems such as the F15 Digital Helmet and UK Chinook Mk6 Mission Systems, as well as overseeing various Chinook programs. Prior to Boeing, Sterling worked at TAI Corporation as a Sales Engineer, supporting over 200 companies in the engineering and manufacturing of OEM products. Sterling holds a BSBA in International Management from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University and an MBA in International Marketing from Baruch College.
