Brian Hooker

Brian Hooker is a seasoned marine biologist with extensive experience in ocean energy management and fishery systems. Currently serving as Biology Section Chief at the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management since September 2010, Brian also held the position of Marine Biologist. Prior to this role, Brian worked at NOAA from 2002 to 2010 as a Fishery Management Specialist. Brian holds a Master of Environmental Management degree in Coastal Environmental Management from Duke University, where studies were completed between 2000 and 2002.
