Lissa Lyncker

Lissa Lyncker possesses extensive experience in the field of biological sciences and environmental management. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM), Lissa has previously held roles such as Supervisor, NEPA Coordinator, and Biologist at BOEM. As the CEO and Owner of Natural Resource Management Solutions (NRMS), LLC, Lissa has contributed to effective natural resource management. Prior experience includes work as a Water Resources Planner and Biologist at HDR. Lissa holds a Master of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of New Orleans and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from Loyola University New Orleans.
