Noha Shafik

Noha Shafik, MSc, is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Head of Tech Logistics at bol.com since September 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing delivery, partner experience, and site reliability engineering. Previously, Noha held the position of Engineering Manager in Fintech for fraud and risk at IKEA and was the Global Data Engineering & Analytics Manager at ING from February 2017 to May 2021. Earlier roles included IT Chapter Lead for Payments Cards at Zoser AG and various project management and software engineering positions at Good News 4 Me. Noha holds a Master of Science degree in Business Administration - Digital Business from the University of Amsterdam, achieving Cum Laude distinction, as well as a Pre-Master's degree in executive management studies and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Ain Shams University. Additional credentials include a Riti Management Diploma in management.
