Thomas West is an experienced professional in the lacrosse industry, currently serving as Regional Sales Manager at Epoch Lacrosse and holding multiple leadership roles, including Director of Recruiting at Baltimore Lacrosse Club and Director of Lacrosse at The Bolles School, where Thomas achieved the title of 2022 District Champion and FHSAA Final Four. West also leads as Director of College Placement for the Florida Crabs and oversees the NIKE National All Star Game in Florida.
