Yianni Vitellas

Yianni Vitellas is a licensed real estate salesperson at BOND New York since April 2022, with extensive experience in finance and community development. Previously, Yianni held the position of Vice President at National Equity Fund, Inc., focusing on relationships with top-tier investors for low-income housing tax credit projects. Prior roles include Senior Vice President at Huntington Community Development Corp and Vice President at Huntington National Bank, as well as roles at Red Capital Group and the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio, where responsibilities included policy development for utility deregulation. Yianni holds an MBA in Real Estate Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University.
