Leonardo Cavalcante

Leonardo Cavalcante is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and management. Currently serving as Principal Software Engineer at Bondi Lines, Leonardo previously held the position of Engineering Manager/Lead Engineer at FLNT, where significant increases in team productivity were achieved through effective leadership of a globally distributed team. As CTO of Liti and in dual roles at 3,2,1 Beauty, Leonardo successfully built high-performing engineering teams and fostered innovative cultures. Additional roles include providing technical advisory services to various organizations, co-founding Kiddo Labs, and a strong background in iOS development recognized by an award-winning application. Leonardo holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Marketing and has completed multiple professional education programs, including iOS development and product management.
