Cathy Osborne

Cathy leads all human resources functions across the entire Accord Financial organization, developing a unified culture between the firm's six operating units, and is a member of the executive leadership team. Her responsibilities include driving strategy as it relates to human capital and workforce planning to develop engaged employees.

Cathy has a wealth of experience leading the HR function across a range of industries including as Vice President, Human Resources at Leopardo Construction Company. She is a graduate of Northern Illinois University.
