Felicia Greenberg-Niño

Felicia Greenberg-Niño is a seasoned professional in Learning and Development with extensive experience in designing and managing educational programs. Currently serving as a Consultant and Sr. Advisor in Human Resources at Boomi since January 2020, Felicia leads the development of learning initiatives while engaging with senior stakeholders. Previously, as an Advisor for Instructional Design at Boomi, Felicia provided strategic insights on learning trends. Additionally, Felicia has contributed as a #IamRemarkable Facilitator, empowering women and underrepresented groups. Earlier professional roles include Senior Instructional Designer at R1 RCM, where Felicia developed diverse learning solutions, and various teaching positions within educational institutions. Felicia holds a Master's Degree in Education from Hunter College and a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism from SUNY New Paltz.
