Alan Laidlaw

Alan Laidlaw is currently an advisor at Boomtown Accelerators. Alan has previously worked as a Lead UX Designer and Product Manager for Applied Machine Intelligence at The Home Depot from May 2017 to December 2018, where they shipped a machine learning model for inventory optimization that is projected to yield $1 billion annually. Alan also grew the Enterprise Experience Designer department to 160+ researchers and designers (3x growth) as one of 4 leads. Alan has also worked as a Principal Software Engineer at Asurion from August 2016 to April 2017.

Alan Laidlaw has a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Middle Tennessee State University.
