Scot Przybylski has been working in the field of user experience research and design for over 20 years. Scot is currently the Director of User Experience Research and Design at Nutrien Ag Solutions, a position they have held for the past two years.
Przybylski has been instrumental in driving Nutrien Ag Solutions’ success in the online space, increasing MAU by 38% and eComm revenue by 378%. Scot has achieved this by implementing design thinking and user-centered design into every phase of the product development lifecycle.
Prior to their current role, Przybylski worked as an advisor at Boomtown Accelerators, where they helped create the experience vision, UX and product strategies incorporating user research, behavioral analytics, future technologies, long-term customer, team, and stakeholder needs, and business goals. Scot also recruited and developed a global research and design team of over 20 while ensuring preeminent relationships and low turnover by building career tracks, ensuring pay equity, and nurturing a clear and unified communication.
Scot Przybylski's educational career includes a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, a Master's degree in Human Computer Interaction from the Savannah College of Art and Design, and various certifications from LinkedIn, the Nielsen Norman Group, and the Interaction Design Foundation.
