Monique Jacobs

Monique Jacobs, MBA, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Hoofd HR at Boon Food Group B.V. since January 2006. In addition, Monique is a member of the Cliëntenraad at ZuidZorg and acts as a Buddy for the HRM program at Avans Hogeschool, both since 2016. Previous roles include member of the Ledenraad at Rabobank Hart van Brabant from 2008 to 2016 and HR manager at Super de Boer from 1996 to 2005, with initial experience as a bedrijfseconomisch medewerkster at Edah from 1988 to 1996. Monique holds an MBA from Keele University and has multiple degrees in business and human resources from various institutions, including a Bachelor in HRM from Fontys Hogeschool Tilburg and NIMA-A certification.
